A tracking number and tracking link will be sent to you once your order is dispatched. You can check delivery status online anytime. Feel free to contact support if the shipment is stuck for a long time.

  2. Any import tax, VAT, customs clearance fee or other related charges shall be borne by the recipient.
  3. We are not responsible for loss, detention or return of parcels caused by local customs regulations. No reshipment fee will be covered in such cases.

  2. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery or long-term unclaimed, all return shipping and storage fees are at the buyer's expense.
