Orders will be packed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
 
Please double-check your shipping address and order details before checkout. Changes are not allowed after order confirmation.

All parcels are shipped in plain unmarked packaging. There is no product-related text or logo on the outer package and shipping label. Your privacy is fully protected.

We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping cost and delivery time vary by destination, which will be displayed on the checkout page.
 
A tracking number will be sent to you once your order is dispatched. You can track your package online anytime.
 

4. Delivery Issues & Returns

 
Please check your package upon arrival. If your parcel is lost, damaged or stuck in transit, please contact our customer service within 7 days after delivery.
 
Returned packages caused by incorrect address, failed delivery or customer refusal will be charged for return shipping fees.
